在世界各国短跑水平有了较大幅度提高的同时,我国短跑水平却一直处于停滞不前的状况,与世界先进水平存在着较大的差距。通过分析大量的国内外相关资料,对现代短跑技术的特点从五个方面进行了阐述,希望对我国短跑运动水平的提高能起到积极的促进作用。
