不同产地半夏及其混淆品的SDS-PAGE电泳鉴别 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立不同产地半夏与其混淆品的蛋白质电泳鉴别方法。方法采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术,对不同产地半夏与其混淆品(英山滴水珠、本院药园掌叶半夏、蛇山半夏、钟祥半夏、钟祥掌叶半夏及戟叶犁头尖)进行鉴别分析。结果不同产地的半夏具有相似的电泳图谱,但半夏与其混淆品图谱之间具有显著性差异。结论SDS-PAGE电泳鉴别可以对不同产地的半夏进行初步鉴别,并可鉴别半夏及其混淆品的特征,方法简便、可靠。 Objective: To distinguish the albumen component part in the Pinellia producing in different areas and its falsearticles by the method of electrophoresis. Method: The sodium dodecyl-sulfate polyacrylarnide gel electroporesis technology (SDS-PAGE)was utilized and the electrophoretic mobility were compared among the Pinellia producing in different areas and its false-articles. Results:The electrophoresis graphs of Pinallia producing in different areas like in the same producing areas, while the electrophoresis graphs had remarkable differences among the Pinellia and its false-articles. Conclusion: SDS-PAGE electrophoresis differentiation can offer a reliable, simple and convenient method for protein detection in the Pinellia producing in different areas and its false-articles.
