旅游鞋大底“喷霜”的X射线能谱分析法

The Analysis of the Bloom on the Rubber Sole's Surface by EDS

本文用扫描电镜观察鞋大底“喷霜”物质的形貌,用X射线能谱仪对“喷霜”物质进行面扫描和定点分析,其元素的特征X射线能谱图表明鞋大底喷出的是硫磺和含锌颗粒,这一结果对改进炼胶工艺提供了准确可靠的依据。

The appearence of the bloom on the rubber sole's surface is observed by SEM and the bloom are ana-lyzed in the aera mode and in the point mode by EDS. Based on the analysis of the elemental characteristic X-ray energy dispersive spectrum it is shown that the bloom are the sulphur particles and the zinc-con-taining particles. This result is provided as an accurate and reliable basis for improving the rubber mastication and mixing technology.
