摘要
教学质量评价是一个综合的、多准则、多因素的复杂问题,它对学校的教学工作具有导向性的作用。教学评价体系由指标项目、权重集合和评价方法三部分组成。本文根据层次分析法建立教学评价模型,并给出相应的评判标准。
The evaluation of teaching quality, which plays a guiding role in the school teaching management, is a complex and synthetic issue involving different standards and elements. The evaluating system comprises items of norms, sets of weight and evaluating methods. This paper suggests a model of teaching evaluation on the basis of AHP and the fitting evaluating standards.
