摘要
当代大学生就业观的特点是以实现自我价值为中心,重个人、轻社会;重物质追求享受;从政意识浓;在就业准备上,重实用、轻理论、淡专业。影响大学生就业观的因素有:1.就业政策的导向作用;2.市场竞争机制的作用;3.就业机会的不公;4.自身素质。
Different employment pressures on college students are analyzed coupled with their values of employment. The countermeasures to relieve the pressures are discussed in this article.
