摘要
本文主要研究的是矩形毛坯单一排样中,所生成的排样方式中的级数的多少对板材的下料利用率的影响。通过对大量的例题进行测试,并对测试结果进行分析,得到结论:级数的增加会使下料利用率提高,同时也增加了切割工艺的复杂性。
This paper studies ciency in single cutting patterns of the relationship between series and plate cutting utilization effirectangular blanks. Based on large numbers of examples analysis and testing, the conclusion was draw bellow: rate, at the same time, also enhanced cutting increasing series enhanced the plate cutting utilization technical complexity.
