摘要
公开选拔领导干部是我国干部人事制度改革的一项重要内容,许多地方和单位都相继进行了试点和探索,但是,目前我们对此项改革存在着许多认识上的误区,这些误区不消除将会影响干部制度改革的进一步深化,甚至还有可能导致此项改革的失败。
Public selection cadres are the important content in personnel system reform of our country. Many regions and units are making experiments and explored on public selection one after the other. However, the selection reform exist some misunderstandings, if these misunderstandings can't be clear up, it will influence farther in - depth reform of cadres system, furthermore, it will likely lead to this reform unsuccessful.
