Approaches of Building up Overall Idea of Leading Cadres

高校的发展要求各级领导干部必须具备全局意识,其实现途径主要是:(一)增强全局观念,树立大局意识,必须强化“四观;”(二)增强全局观念,树立大局意识,必须处理好几方面的关系。

Colleges development demand leading cadres to strengthen overall consciousness. This article discusses that leading qualities of leading cadres of colleges must possess. The approaches of achieving overall viewpoint of leading cadres are pointed out in this article.
