以短跑为例,对跑的不同段落的任务、技术和动力来源以及技术教学和训练的侧重点分别进行分析和论述。
Taking dash as an example, the article analyzes and describes the task, technology, motive force source as well as emphasis of the technical teaching and training of different steps of running respectively.
