摘要
黑龙江省洪水预报系统包括模型率定子系统、实时作业预报子系统和系统管理3部分。针对预报站点具体情况,对测站通过模型参数率定及方案输入制定预报方案,连接实时和预报水情数据库,对发生实时暴雨做出预报分析。根据本流域实际情况,开发出适合本流域情况的模型,导入到系统中。
The flood forecast system in Heilongjiang Province includes 3 parts,model ratio fixed system, real time forecast system and system managements. Base on the situation of forecast station, It sets up forecast plan, combining real time and forecast water situation database of the observation post according to model parameter ratio fixedness and plan inpert and makes forecast analysis to real time storm, and according to the real situation of local valley. The model of fitting local valley to lead to the system is provided in this paper.
