摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以硝酸铁(Fe(NO3)3·9H2O)和钛酸丁酯(Ti(OBu)4)为原料制备出均匀透明的TiO2-Fe2O3复合异质结构光催化薄膜材料,并将其在不同温度下进行了热处理。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)、紫外-可见分光光度计对试样的表面形貌和透光率进行了表征。考察了不同组成、热处理制度和温度对材料光催化性能的影响,特别是对可见光区的光催化性能的影响,并对其光催化机理进行了探讨。结果表明:TiO2-Fe2O3复合异质结构光催化薄膜的光催化活性比纯TiO2结构薄膜有了明显提高,且向可见光波段偏移。
Nano-TiO2-Fe2O3 composite photocatalysis thin film was prepared by Sol-Gel method with Fe (NO3)3·9H2O and Ti (OBu)4 as raw materials. The film was treated under 450℃,520℃ and 540℃ respectively and tested with Atom Force Microscope (AFM) and spectrophotometer. The influence of different component,thermal treatment,temperature on photocatalysis property and the mechanism of photocatalysis of the film were also discussed. The result shows that the photocatalysis of thin film was improved greatly and had excursion to visible light.
