摘要
自一食品从业人员粪便标本中,分离到1株ESIEC,该菌生化反应符合大肠杆菌特性,IMVC反应++--,与Inv及SL32DNA探针杂交,对HEp-2细胞呈集聚状粘附。符合ESIEC的典型特征。该菌株对昆明小鼠有较强的致病性。在所检测到的20余种抗生素中,仅对复达欣、丁按卡那、呋喃妥因敏感,为多重耐药株。
A strain of ESIEC was isolated from the stool of the personnel who was engaged in food processing.This bacterial biochemical reaction accorded with the characteristic of the E.coli IMVC reveating ++--,the DNA of this strain was hybridized with Inv and SLT 2 DNAs.The strain was also showed that it has aggregating adhesion to Hep-2 cell. Both two characteristics were consitent with ESIEC.This strain has a strong pathogenic effect in Kunming mouse.The result of antibiotics susceptibility test showed that it was only sensitive to three of the twenty antibiotics tested,they were nitrofurantoinum,amilkacin and futasin.
