摘要
目的探讨原发性肝癌中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达、微血管密度(MVD)与临床病理学特征的相互关系及其意义。方法使用免疫组化MaxvisionTM二步法检测原发性肝癌的VEGF表达和用CD34标记微血管密度,在400倍显微镜下计数。结果50例原发性肝癌中其表达VEGF阳性率为52.0%,VEGF阳性表达率与肿瘤的大小、肝门淋巴结转移,肿块卫星灶密切相关。VEGF阳性表达率与病理分级、病理分型无关。MVD值增高肿瘤的大小、肝门淋巴结转移,肿块卫星灶密切相关。MVD值增高与原发性肝癌的分级、分型无关。结论VEGF和MVD在肿瘤的生长浸润和转移中起重要作用,联合检测原发性肝癌的VEGF的表达与MVD值是判断原发性原发性肝癌转移能力的重要指标之一。
Objective To study the significance of the expression of VEGF and the number of MVD in the primary hepacocellular carcinoma. Methods The VEGF was detected in the hepawcellular carcinoma with immunohistocbemical technique .MVD was highlighted by anti-CD34 and calculate the number of MVD.Analyzed the relation between VEGF,MVD and the feature of clinic pathology (the tumor size, lymph metastasis, pathologic stage and grade ). Retults The positive rote of VEGF was 52% in the 50 cases of the primary hepatocellular carcinoma.The positive rate of the VEGF had significant relation with the feature of clinic pathology of the primary hepatocellular carcinoma including the tumor size, the lymph metastasis and metasateUite. The positive rate of the VEGF had nonrelation with history grade and pstholngical type . The deference of the number of MVD between the lymph metastasis group, metasatellite group, tumor size ≥ 3cm .group and the lymph non-metastasis group, non-metasatellite group and tumor sise〈3cm group had significant relation with the feature of clinic.pathology of the primary hepatic cancer including the tumor size,the lymph metastasis and metasatellite.Conclusion The VEGF and MVD was important to growth, infiltration and metastasis of the primer hepatocelluar carcinom.The VEGF and MVD was one important marker of estimate metastasis capacity.
