左侧结肠癌梗阻一期切除吻合42例回顾性分析

Carcinoma in 42 Cases：A Retrospective Analysis Primary Resection ＆ Anastomsis of Intestinal Obstruction from Left-colon

为探讨左侧结肠癌梗阻一期切除吻合的效果，回顾分析急诊一期切除吻合术治疗左侧结肠癌梗阻42例的临床资料。全组无手术死亡病例。发生切口感染8例，切口裂开3例，吻合口漏2例，均经对症治疗获愈。住院时间15-35d，平均18d。结果表明，选择性开展一期肿瘤切除吻合术安全可行，是治疗左侧结肠癌并发梗阻的理想术式，但应掌握适应症。

For the objective of probing effects of primary resection ＆ anastomosis for intestital obstruction from left-colon carcinoma, author analysed the clinical data of the 42 patients retrospectively. Results showed that there was not dead case;incision infection occured in 8 cases,disruption of wound in 3 cases, anastomotic leakage in 2 cases, they were all cured by symptomatic treatment;their hospitalazation duration was from 15 days to 35 days,averaged 18 days. These show that selectively performing primary resection anastomosis is safe and feasible,gf ideal procedure for intestital obstruction from left-colon carcinoma;but the indication should be mastered strictly.
