摘要
为探讨肛周脓肿切开挂线手术的效果，回顾性总结416例肛周脓肿行切开挂线术治疗结果。416例术后20d后全都Ⅰ期愈合，随访1～9年，未见复发及并发症发生，治愈率100％。结果表明，对肛周脓肿切开后能实行挂线者均可一次性根治。
For probing into therapeutic effects of incision ＆ thread-drawing procedure for perianal abscess, authors analysed outcomes of the 416 cases underwent this procedure retrospectively. All of 416 cases were cured primaryly later 20 days after operation. The follow-up of 1-9 yr. did not discover recurrence and complication, curative rate was 100%. These show that for perianal abscess patients,if thread-drawing could be performed after incision,them can be cured primarily.
