保留肛垫内痔注射外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔73例临床观察

Preserving anal cushion, Internal Hemorrhoids Injection and External Hemorrhoids Resection for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids of 73 Cases

为探讨保留肛垫内痔注射改良外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床应用价值，将146例环状混合痔随机分为两组，治疗组73例采用保留肛垫内痔注射改良外痔切除术，对照组73例采用混合痔外剥内扎术。结果显示，术后疼痛、便血、肛门功能异常（如泄漏分泌物、肛门狭窄、排便困难），平均住院时间、恢复工作时间及复发等指标，治疗组明显优于对照组。

For exploring the clinical application value of the preserving anal cushion,injection for internal hemorrhoids and improved resection for external hemorrhoids in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, 146 patients with this disease were divided into two groups： treatment group（73 cases） subjected to the above-mentioned procedure,controlled group（73 cases） subjected to external dissection ＆ internal ligature procedure. As a result, in postoperative pain, hematochezia, anal dysfunction（including leakage of secretion, stenosis of anus, defecation difficult）, averaged hospitalazation duration, recovery work time and recurrence rate,etc, curative effects of treatment group are significantly superior to that of controlled group.
