金玄痔科熏洗剂治疗炎性外痔的临床观察

JinXuan Fuming ＆ Washing Agent of Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Inflammatory External Hemorrhords： Clinical Observation

为评价金玄痔科熏洗剂治疗炎性外痔的有效性和安全性，选择炎性外痔患者280例，分为金玄痔科熏洗剂治疗组和复方荆芥熏洗剂对照组，进行临床对比观察。治疗组对炎性外痔的临床治愈率为52．7％，显效率为38．7％，有效率为8．6oA，对照组分别为30．9％，36．2％，33．0％，治疗组临床愈显率（治愈率＋显效率，下同）显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组对炎性外痔肛门肿胀、疼痛的临床愈显率分别为89．2％，95．8％，与复方荆芥熏洗剂对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，金玄痔科熏洗剂对炎性外痔肿胀、疼痛有明显的改善作用，使用方便，用药安全。

For evaluating efficacy and safety of JinXuan fuming ＆ washing agent in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids, the 280 patients with this disease were selected and divided into two groups：treatment group and controlled group, then both groups were compared. In treatment group patients used the agent, curative rate was 52. 7%, excellent effective rate was 38. 7%, effective rate was 8.6% ;while in controlled group patients used compound fuming ＆ washing agent of Herba Schizonepetae, rates were 30.90%, 36.2 %, 33.00% respectively;between both groups there were significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Clinical results show that the former agent has more distinct relief action for swelling and pain of inflammatory external hemorrhoids,and is convenient and safe to use.
