天然气净化技术研究进展

Research Progress of Natural Gas Purifying Processes

评述了天然气净化使用的几种主要方法如醇胺法、膜处理法等,指出各方法的优势及目前存在的问题,提出了今后天然气净化工艺发展的一些建议。认为应在成熟的天然气脱硫方法的基础上进一步改进,实现同时脱硫、脱碳。指出膜分离过程与常规分离过程的组合是今后天然气净化技术的一个新动向。

Some natural gas purifying processes, such as aqueous alkanolamine solution process, membrane separation process etc. are introduced. The advantages and existent problems of the processes are pointed out. Suggestions on the improvements of the aqueous alkanolamine solution process for removing of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide simultaneously are also presented. And more attention should be paid to the integration of the aqueous alkanolamine solution process and the membrane separation process for natural gas purification.
