摘要
硝基取代的卟啉是合成生物活性分子的有效单体,有广泛的应用价值。它的合成是重要的研究课题。由于硝基的强吸电子性,使硝基苯基卟啉的合成难度加大。本文以四苯基卟啉(TPP)为原料,通过硝化反应合成了5-(4-硝基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉,并进一步合成了其金属配合物(Mn,Zn)。利用紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱,对合成产物进行了结构表征,对不同产物的紫外、红外谱图进行了对比分析。与卟啉配体相比,金属卟啉的分子对称性有所提高,吸收峰的数目相应减少。
Nitro-substitued porphyrins is a useful synthetic precursors to biologically activemolecules. Study on its synthesis is of extensive interest. But, the difficulty of nitro-substitued porphytrins is enhanced due to strong absorb-electonics of nitro band. This paper describes 5-(4-nitrophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin synthesized by regioselective nitration of the phenyl groups of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin with metallic aggre- gates. The structures of the porphyrins is characterized by UV-Vis spect rum (UV) , infrared spectrum (IR) and 1 HNMR. The UV-Vis and IR of the different outcomes are compared. It reveals that symmetries of the metallic particles is improved and the number of absorbent is decreased in comparison with the porphyrins.
