现场总线方式锅炉监测系统的设计

摘要 目前锅炉监测系统的通讯,大多使用串行通讯接口,随着现场总线的成熟,现在已有条件更新换代。构成现场总线方式的监控系统,实现集成化管理、网络化监测。本文介绍了一种现场总线方式的锅炉监测系统的设计及其实现。底层设备为安装于锅炉现场的数十台仪表,用于监测锅炉现场的流量、压力、温度、鼓风、引风等重要参数。上位机与底层仪表通过RS-485现场总线连接,构成树型结构监测网络。上位机通过由VB程序操作界面,监测锅炉运行情况。样机试运行证实该系统结构简单,功能完善,有较高的性价比。 Conventional boiler monitoring systems are based on series communication interface. Along with the development of field-bus communication, it is time to be updated for integrated management and network monitoring, This paper describes the design and implementation of a boiler monitoring system based on field-bus. Bottom equipments are dozen sets of instruments installed on the boiler system, collecting parameters of flow, pressure, temperature, blast, induced draft, etc. The superordinate computer and the instruments are connected by RS-485 field bus, with tree-type monitoring network. Through VB programmed interface, the super-ordinate computer monitors the boiler's running condition and processes the parameters. Running-test of a prototype verifies the validity and performance/price ratio of the system.
