摘要
在模具设计中通常是调用标准模架绘制和设计模架零件,重复工作量大,改进方法是采用标准模架库。国外已有基于WEB的二维标准件库。本文报道新开发的三维标准模架库,以SQLServer数据库和SolidWorks软件为支撑,运用ADO.NET实现数据连接,通过尺寸驱动模型实现标准模架参数化。显著提高模具设计效率。
Conventionally, standard mould base are employed in engineering drawing for mould design. There is inevitably a lot of work consuming. Standard mould base is a prospective improvement. Twodimensional standard mould part prevails abroad. Extending it into the three-dimensional area is in urgent need. This is the work described in this paper. It is characterized in parameterizing the machine parts to elevate design efficiency significantly.
