摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和Ti3SiC2作原料,通过模压工艺制备导电复合材料PVDF/Ti3SiC2。研究了Ti3SiC2的含量、颗粒的粒径和粒度对导电复合材料电导率的影响。实验结果表明:Ti3SiC2的质量百分含量由60%增至90%时,复合材料的电导率由21.42 S/cm增至63.3 S/cm。合理的粒度配比可提高复合材料的电导率。
PVDF/Ti3SiC2 conductive composite material was prepared by compression molding technique using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and Ti3SiC2 as raw materials. The effects of Ti3SiC2 content, its particle size and particle grade on the conductivity of the conductive composite material were studied. The test results showed that the conductivity of the composite material increased from 21.42 S/era to 63.3 S/cm when the Ti3SiC2 content increased from 60% to 90% .The reasonable ratio of particle grade could improve the conductivity of the composite material.
