LSM同源离子渗透对LSM-YSZ阴极性能的影响

摘要 研究了LSM同源离子(La,Sr,Mn)硝酸盐溶液的渗透对LSM-YSZ阴极性能的影响。用交流阻抗研究了LSM-YSZ阴极渗透后在600~800℃范围内的非欧姆阻抗变化,结果表明:渗透降低了LSM-YSZ阴极的初期非欧姆阻抗,La(NO3)3溶液渗透电极的非欧姆阻抗可以改善85%以上;Mn(NO3)2渗透表现出最好的稳定性,15h后非欧姆阻抗增加8.48%。通过La-Mn复合渗透,在800℃下10h后非欧姆阻抗为0.2141Ω·cm^2;30h后非欧姆阻抗增加15.79%。 The effects of the infiltration of homogeneity ion of LSM(La, Sr, Mn) nitrate solution on the LSM-YSZ cathode performance were studied. The non-ohmic resistance change of the LSM-YSZ cathode after infiltration at 600 - 800 ℃ was studied by AC impedance. The results showed that the initial non-ohmic resistance of LSM-YSZ cathode was decreased by the infiltration, above 85% improvement was reached by La( NO3)3 solution infiltration. The best result came from Mn(NO3)2 infiltration, and the non-ohmic resistance increased 8.48% after 15 h. 0.214 1 Ω·cm^2 non-ohmic resistance after 10 h at 800 ℃and 15.79% increasing of non-ohmic resistance after 30 h were reached by La-Mn co-infiltration.
