乌饭树叶提取物的抗氧化能力探讨 被引量:19

摘要 对乌饭树叶提取物的抗氧化能力进行了研究。以VC为对照,分别测定了乌饭树叶精提物和粗提物的还原力、清除DPPH.自由基能力和抑制脂质过氧化能力。结果表明,在还原力和抑制脂质过氧化能力上与Vc相近,约为Vc的90%;而在清除DPPH.自由基的能力上,是Vc的1.4倍。 The Antioxidant activitie of the extraction of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb leaves was studied. Three parameters were tested to determine the oxidation resistance, they were deoxidization ability, scavenging DPPH · effect and inhibition of peroxidation. By compared with vitamin C, it is confirmed that the Antioxidant activitie of the purified extraction of Vaccinium Bracteatum Thunb leaves is close to or exceed the ability of vitamin C.
