摘要
研究了采用表面活性剂协同微波辐射萃取番茄红素,通过正交实验确定了提取番茄红素的工艺条件为:以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,加入0.1%表面活性剂CSB-50,微波功率为464 W,提取时间为100 s,固液比为1∶3(g:mL),提取次数为3次,提取效果最好。
Effect of different factors on the extraction of lycopene with surfactants and microwave was studied. The optimum condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the best condition was : using ethyl acetate with 0.1% CSB-50 as extractant, under 464W microwave power, extraction for 100s, 1:3 (g:mL) ratio of material and solvent, extraction for 3 times.
