摘要
涤纶FDY是涤纶长丝的主要品种之一,在纺织领域中应用广泛,不同织物对涤纶FDY的性能要求不同。本文分别讨论了纺丝初速、热定型温度等工艺条件对涤纶FDY取向、结晶度、沸水收缩率、力学性能的影响。实验表明,生产优质涤纶FDY的合理工艺为:纺丝初速3000—3200m/min、后拉伸倍数1.5—1.6、热定型温度140—150℃。
Polyester FDY is one of the polyester filaments and is applied wildly in textile field. Different fabric has diverse requirement to its property. In this paper, the effects of process Condition such as spinning speed, heat setting temperature etc. to polyester FDY's orientation, degree of crystallization, boiling water shrinkage and mechanical property are investigated. The experiments show that the rational process to produce high quality polyester FDY is : spinning speed : 3000 - 3200m/min, after drawing ratio : 1.5 - 1.6, heat setting temperature : 140 - 150℃.
