摘要
通过对DT360倍捻机的原理及结构进行分析,研究其设计思路,提出了倍捻机的技术改造方法和维修技巧,实现了维修备件国产化,同时阐述了倍捻丝的生产技术,列出了生产中常见问题的处理措施,为倍捻机的设计、维修和使用等提供了参考。
Based on the analysis of the principium and structure of the DT360, research means of designing the DT360, put forward technical renovation way and maintenance skill of the DT360, actualize the maintain spare part nationalization, expound production technique of two-for-one twisting thread and correspond measures for disposing of some failure in procedure, which provide reference for two-for-one twister＇s design, maintenance and use etc.
