摘要
目的了解贫困大学生心理健康状况、应付方式与学习成绩三者的关系。方法以吉首大学312名贫困大学生为研究组,相对应的328名非贫困大学生为对照组,采用症状自评量表SCL-90和应付方式问卷测评。结果贫困大学生的心理健康状况远低于非贫困大学生;贫困大学生更多使用消极的应付方式;贫困大学生不同的应付方式、心理健康状况与学习成绩之间存在显著的相关。结论应针对贫困大学生的心理问题,寻求积极的应付方式,以提高他们的心理健康状况。
Objective To investigate the relationship between psychological health, coping style and learning achievement. Methods 312 impoverished students in Jishou university as study group and 328 non-impoverished students as control group, SCL- 90 and coping style of them were assessed. Results The psychological health condition of impoverished students was worse than that of non-impoverished students; the impoverished students tended to adopt the passive coping style; there was significant regression between psychological health and coping style and learning achievement. However, the learning achievement was not influenced directly by psychological health and coping style. Conclusion Positive coping styles should be taken to improve the state of psychological health of impoverished students.
