北京市丰台区114名女性性服务工作者艾滋病相关知识信念行为调查

A survey on KAB of AIDS among 114 female commercial sex workers in Fengtai District in Beijing

目的了解女性性服务工作者的艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识信念行为情况,探索在该人群中开展AIDS宣传教育和行为干预的适合模式。方法对经确认的114名女性性服务工作者进行问卷调查。结果114名女性性服务工作者年龄最小的14岁,最大的39岁;51.8%的未婚;83.3%的文化程度为初高中生。调查对象具有一定艾滋病知识,性生活频率高而安全套使用率低,存在吸毒现象。109名女性性服务工作者接受性病艾滋病检测,查出梅毒阳性6人,HIV抗体均阴性。结论女性性服务工作者是艾滋病高危人群而自我防范意识差,应深入其中开展宣传教育和行为干预工作。

Objective To understand the soeiodemographic status and AIDS related KAB of commercial sex workers, and to explore a practical behavior intervention model integrated with health education. Methods Based on the principle of informed consent and confidentiality, the interview by questionnaire was eodueted to collect information about their background and AIDS related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors. Results Among 114 commereial sex workers enrolled in the survey, the youngest aged 14, and the oldest aged 39; 51,8% remained unmarried and 83.3% of them had middle school education. They had a litde AIDS knowledge, but they had highly frequent sexual intercourse and rarely used condoms. Even the drug use existed among them. Through the STD/HIV laboratory testing for the 109 commercial sex workers, 6 syphilis eases were found and no HIV positive was identified. Conclusion Commercial sex workers are a high risk group vulnerable to HIV. They have low awareness of self-protection. Comprehensive AIDS interventions should be carried out for them.
