民办学校初中生心理健康教育的实验研究

摘要 目的初步探讨民办学校初中生心理健康教育的效果,为民办学校学生的心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用访谈法和教育实验法。对石家庄市某民办学校初一、初二的学生459人进行为期半年的心理辅导课教学,用“心理健康诊断量表”检验实验结果。结果经过一学期的心理辅导,民办学校初中生中的高焦虑组(>65分)心理健康总体水平显著升高,其中学习焦虑、对人焦虑的健康水平也显著提高(P<0.05);焦虑偏高组(<65分且>50分)心理健康的总体水平显著升高,其中身体症状、冲动倾向的健康水平也显著提高(P<0.05);焦虑偏低组(<50分且>35分)、低焦虑组(<35分)心理健康的总体水平没有显著变化(P>0.05)。结论民办校初中生心理健康问题主要是适应性问题,提高学生面对生活问题的应对能力,能促进民办校初中生的心理健康水平。 Objective To study the effect of mental health education on students in private junior school. Methotis Open interviews and mental experiment were conducted. 459 students in a private junior school were investigated. They received mental health training lessons for half a year, and the effect were checked by answering the Diagnosis Scaling of Mental Health. Results After the half-year training, the mental health situation of junior students with high level anxiety (scored above 65) was improved largely (P 〈 0.05 ), and the mental health situation of students with rather high level anxiety (scored between 50~65) was improved greatly (P〈0.05), too. And there were no significant improvement in students with rather lower anxiety (scored between 35~50) and lowest anxiety (scored lower than 35) (P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion The main problem of mental health of students in junior school was adaptation. So it would be the best way to teach the students to cope with living problems correctly, and improve the mental health level of them.
