为进一步促进民营企业成长,除完善非公有制经济发展的政策体系、创造宽松环境外,更应构建基于自身局限视角的民营企业成长机制:注重制度创新,完善产权结构,适时用现代企业制度替代以往“三缘”(血缘、亲缘、地缘)关系下的家族式企业制度;注重管理创新,提高管理水平,适时用“三本”(人本、资本、成本)一体化管理模式替代家族式管理模式;注重技术创新,加大科技投入,不仅追求技术的技术性、市场性,更应关注技术的民族性;加强“诚信”建设,避免道德风险,重视自身信誉的塑造;注重企业规模结构的选择及企业主业特征的鲜明性,树立“以核心能力为支撑的有限多元化经营”理念。
