摘要
采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析法,以建设健康城市为背景,提出并分析、讨论了体育健康促进及其必要性,构建了体育健康促进的目标体系。结果认为,体育健康促进的目标体系应该由体育健康教育、体育行为干预和环境支持3个方面共16个子目标构成;构建体育健康促进目标体系有助于优化城市居民生活方式;预防和控制常见慢性病的发生和发展;提高和改善居民的生活质量;促进健康城市的建设。
Under the background of the health city project, and using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzed the necessity of sports health promotion and constructed the objective system of sports health promotion. The result showed that the objective system of sports health promotion consisted of sixteen objectives, which were respectively under the education of sports health, the intervention of sports behavior and the environmental support in three different levels. The objective system of health promotion is helpful to the optimization of the urban citizens＇ lifestyle, the prevention of chronic disease and its development, the improvement and amelioration of the life quality and the speeding up of the construction of the health city.
