预热处理对一次性大强度运动后大鼠肝脏Caspase-3和自由基代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过Caspase-3和抗氧化酶的检测观察预热处理是否能导致一次性大强度运动后自由基代谢的改变。选健康雄性Wistar大鼠72只,按照不同处理方式将动物分为9组。免疫印记检测肝脏Caspase-3蛋白水平。结果表明,热处理后即刻Caspase-3急剧减少(P<0.05),在大强度运动后预热处理组Caspase-3与对照组之间无差异;离心运动后即刻预热处理组和未处理组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。预热处理对MDA影响较小;热处理即刻肝脏SOD急剧上升(P<0.05),其后恢复至安静水平。肝脏GSH在热处理即刻和离心运动即刻明显下降(P<0.05);离心运动后48h预热处理组肝脏GSH显著低于未处理组。提示预热处理可能是主要通过抑制自由基的产生来提高自身机能的。 The purpose of this study was to investigate whether preheating on rats can influence the free radical metabolism in livers after a heavy exercise by measuring Caspase-3 and antioxidant. 72 male Wistar rats were divided into 9 groups in this study. Caspase-3 of rats livers were measured by Western Blot. The result showed that Caspase-3 decreased rapidly(P〈0.05)after heating. There was no difference of Caspase-3 between preheating groups after heavy exercise and the control group. Caspase-3 of preheating groups were different with non-preheating groups at Oh after exercise(P〈0.05. MDA of rats livers were influenced by heating very lightly. SOD had a sharp increase at Oh after heating(P〈0.05,and resumed to normal level thereafter. GSH of rats livers decreased significantly at Oh after heating or exercise than control group(P〈0.05. The lever of GSH of preheating groups was lower than non-preheating groups at 48h after exercise. It suggested that preheating may improve body function by restraint of free radical produce.
