全球化使各文明有了对话的机会，在经济一体化、政治民主化的过程中，文明也在整合，全球文明在这个进程中逐渐确立。该文从全球的视域来对现代的全球文明对话进行分析，提出了全球文明的最低公约，并从四个维度进行了说明，最后从文明会通的角度对全球文明的形成作了五个公设。

The globalization enables various civilizations to have the dialogue opportunity, in the economic integration and political democratization process, the civilization is also the conformity, and the global civilization gradually established itself in this advancement. This article, from the view of the whole world, carries on the analysis of the modem global civilization dialogue, proposed the lowest joint pledge of global civilization , and has carried on from four dimensions, finally from the civilization to the global civilization formation, makes five proposels.
