摘要
目的探讨巨大肝癌全肝移动条野放射治疗的护理措施。方法对460例巨大肝癌行全肝移动条野放射治疗的患者施以心理、饮食、疼痛、放疗并发症的护理，同时帮助患者实现社会支持并提高生活质量，加强心理护理和随访。结果460例巨大肝癌患者放射治疗疗程顺利，并发症发生率降低且症状轻微。患者心理状态稳定，生存最长者术后18年仍健在。结论巨大肝癌全肝移动条野放射治疗疗效显著。护理措施切实可行。
Objective To study the nursing points for huger liver cancer patients when cured by radiotherapy. Methods Using the psychological nursing, dietetic nursing, release pains nursing and certain nursing cares which according to the condition of patients during the course of nursing for 460 huge liver cancer patients, when cured by radiotherapy. Results All the patients with huge liver cancer were successful pass the course the radiotherapy, the incidence rate of relative complication was decreased. The mental state of patients was stable, the longest-lived patients was survived over 18 years. Conclusions It was an effective method of radiotherapy for patients with huge liver cancer, the relative nursing cares were feasibility.
