棉花新害虫双斑长跗萤叶甲的初步研究

Preliminary studies on two-spotted leaf beetle,Monolepta hieroglyphica on cotton

观察了北疆棉花新害虫双斑长跗萤叶甲的生态习性、消长动态及危害规律,结果表明双斑长跗萤叶甲在北疆棉区危害呈现逐年增加的趋势,棉花品种、土壤性质和田间管理灌溉方式对双斑长跗萤叶甲的发生与危害存在着明显影响。

The ecological habits of two-spotted leaf beetle, Monolepta hieroglyphica, were described and the population dynamics and damage on cotton were investigated in northern Xinjiang. The results showed that the cotton variety, soil type and farm management had significant impacts on the occurrence of two-spotted leaf beetle. It was also shown that its damage is becoming serious year by year.
