液氮冷冻与中药结合治疗常年性鼻炎

Liquid Nitrogen Cryosurgery Combined With Xiaoqinglong Liquor in Treating Perennial Rhinitis

采用液氮冷冻与中药结合的方法治疗常年性鼻炎，随访1年以上的280例，总有效率97.1％。提出用液氮冷冻鼻中隔前上方、鼻丘或下鼻甲，方法简单易行、效果好。口服中药小青龙汤可提高机体免疫力，巩固疗效，减少复发。

280 cases of perennial rhinitis (PR) were treated with liquid nitrogen cryosurgery combined with Xiaoqinglong Liquor and were followed up for more than 1 year postoperatively.The total effective rate was 97.1%.Conclusion reveals that freezing the mucous membranes of the upper anterior part of the nasal septum and inferior turbinate with liquid nitrogen is a simple and effective method.Xiaoqinglong liquor could enhaare the ability of autobomunity of tbe patients,consoIidate the therapeutic effect and reduce the possibility of recurrence.
