健康体检人群中齿痕舌的研究

The Study of Tooth-Marked Tongue Characteristic in Healthy Check-up Group

目的：探讨健康体检中齿痕舌人群的舌象特征及其舌象与症状的关系，尝试将中医舌诊运用于健康体检。方法：采用1：1的病例对照研究方法，对体检人群中的382例齿痕舌及其对照组进行现察。使用舌象分析仪拍摄数字舌图、采用Lab色彩模型分析舌质颜色，结合症状调查表现察齿痕舌人群的舌象特征和症状特点。结果：齿痕舌组的年龄分布集中在30-50岁；与对照组相比淡白舌的出现率较高；易出现的症状有：感冒时间长、怕冷、记忆力差、食欲差、站立时头晕、腰酸等虚证表现。结论：将中医舌诊客观化的研究成果和方法应用在健康体检中，可以有效的诊断出以齿痕舌和虚弱表现为特征的亚健康人群，给予积极的中医养生指导和治疗。

Objective： To study tooth- marked tongue characteristic and its relation with symptoms in healthy check -up group, and attempt to apply tongue diagnosis of TCM into healthy check - up. Methods： We chose 382 people with tooth - marked tongue and same number of case -control group. Using tongue characteristic analysis instrument and symptom questionnaire, we observed the tongue characteristic and symptom of tooth - marked tongue group. Results： The age distribution of tooth - marked tongue group centralized from 30 - 50 years. Comparing with case - control group, tooth - marked tongue group appear higher ratio of white tongue and apt to have insufficient symptoms including longer catching cold, intolerance of cold, bad -mereory, lower appetite, stand - up dizziness, lumber ache ect. Conclusion： Applying the objective production of diagnosis of TCM into healthy check-up, we can find the sub-healthy people effectively with tooth-marked tongue and insufficient symptoms, then give regimen guidance or treatment of TCM timely.
