摘要
以环氧氯丙烷、己二酸为原料合成二元酸酯中间体(DBA),再与十二烷基二甲基胺进一步反应合成双酯基阳离子双子表面活性剂(CEGSA)。研究了反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量对生成物(CEGSA)收率的影响,终产物用傅立叶红外变换仪和元素分析仪进行定性分析;用两相化学滴定法测定活性物含量,产物活性物质质量分数达到93.4%以上,其cmc为0.28 mmol/L,表面张力γcmc=36.5 mN/m。
Cationic esterquat gemini surfactant (CEGSA) was prepared by using dimethyl amine, epichlorohydrin and adipic acid as starting materials. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and the dosage of catalyst on the yield of product CEGSA were studied. The product was qualitatively identified by IR spectra and elemental analysis and the contents was measured by two- phase chemical titration. The results showed that active matter content in the product is greater than 93.4% (mass). The cmc of this gemini esterquat cationic surfactant is 0.28 mmol/L and surface tension γcmc is 36.5 mN/m.
