摘要 介绍了一种以TMS320LF2407A DSP为核心的新型低压断路器智能控制器及其基于USB-CAN-Ⅱ智能CAN接口卡的上位机监控系统的研制与开发。阐述了该监控系统的硬件和软件设计,重点介绍了智能控制器CAN通信模块的硬、软件设计和上位机监控软件的设计。现场试验表明:该新型低压断路器智能控制器可靠性高,具有广阔的应用前景。 A new intelligent controller for low-voltage breaker based on TMS320LF2407A DSP was introduced in the paper, and the design and development of monitoring and control system for the upper computer based on intelligent CAN interface card were presented. The design of hardware and software of the monitoring and control system were expounded. The design of hardware and software of CAN communication model of the intelligent controller, the monitorinig software of the upper computer were also introduced. The results of industrial tests showed that the controller has high reliability. It can be widely applied.
