超声在辅助生殖助孕技术中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 不孕症患者的子宫内膜容受性和卵巢功能是决定其接受辅助生殖技术(ART)能否成功的重要因素之一,而超声作为一种非创伤性的检查手段,在辅助生殖技术方面有其特有的优势。超声对于子宫内膜容受性的评价主要包括:内膜厚度、类型、容积以及子宫血流状况;对于卵巢功能的评价主要包括:卵巢的大小、体积、卵泡的发育以及卵巢血液供应等。就超声在子宫内膜容受性和卵巢功能这两方面应用的最新进展作一综述。
