米非司酮人体药代动力学特征与抗孕激素作用的临床效果 被引量:8

摘要 米非司酮药代动力学特征是吸收快、半衰期长(25~30h)和微摩尔血清浓度高。血清转运蛋白-α1-酸性糖蛋白(AAG)调节米非司酮血清药代动力学。终止早孕的剂量效应与紧急避孕完全不同:10mg米非司酮就可以达到紧急避孕的目的,且具有线性药代学特征。然而,≥100mg剂量米非司酮用于终止妊娠导致血清AAG的饱和且呈现非线性药代特征。表明米非司酮不同的生物学机制介导了不同的临床效果。综述米非司酮在人体药代动力学特征,特别是与临床不同效果的关系。
