Paying More Attention to the Social Fairness under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy

社会主义市场经济条件下社会公平的实质是:全体人民共同富裕,不搞两极分化。更加注重社会公平是社会主义的本质要求,是社会主义和谐社会建设的必然要求,是科学发展观题中应有之意。社会主义市场经济条件下实现社会公平必须坚持公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的经济制度;进一步改革分配制度;千方百计扩大就业。

The crux of the social fairness under the condition of socialist market economy is that the people all around are wealthy together without the polarity between rich and poor. This is the need for building a harmonious society, which is shown in the scientific development concept. In order to realize it, public system as a main body, economic system of various economic ownership development should be persisted in, distributive system should be further changed, and employment should be provided by every possible means.
