摘要
集团客户是各家商业银行竞争营销的热点,但其风险日渐显现。集团客户法律责任承担的分散性和经济利益的一体性,以及监督制约机制的不规范和治理结构不尽完善等问题,使其比单一客户风险水平更高,商业银行的单一客户信贷管理手段显然不适应对集团客户的管理。通过对集团客户风险的剖析,建议对集团客户信贷管理实施严格筛选、定期访问、加强信息管理和风险预警等新举措。
Group clients are the focus of competition for commercial banks, and its risk is more obvious than before. Some problems of group clients, such as scattering of legal duty and unity of economic benefit for group clients, irregular supervisory system and imperfect intellectual structures, are more dangerous than the problems of a single client, and the administrative means for a client is obviously not suitable for the group ones. So some suggestions are made here that the credit management for group clients should be selected even more severely and visited regularly, the information on management and risk warning should be strengthened.
