摘要
利用酶联免疫测定技术研究了水萝卜胞质雄性不育系92A及其保持系92B花蕾中内源激素IAA、GA、ABA和ZR的含量。试验结果表明IAA、ABA和ZR含量的增加和GA含量的异常可能与92A小孢子败育发育有关。
The content of IAA,GA,ABA and ZR were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbem assay method in buds of cytoplasmic male sterile （cms） radish 92A and its maintainer 92t3. The results indicated the content increase of ABA,IAA and ZR and the content of GA abnorrnity maybe related to the microspore abortion of crns 92A comparing with the maintainer line 92B.
