摘要
本文运用ABAQUS程序对某水电站完全联合承载蜗壳结构进行三维非线性有限元分析,得到钢材的应力分布情况和混凝土裂缝范围及其宽度。结果表明:完全联合承载蜗壳是一种具有明显优势的蜗壳结构型式,无论是在经济方面还是在施工工艺方面,都具有很大的优越性,在实际工程中应用是完全可行的。本文为有针对性地提高水电站蜗壳结构设计的安全性与可靠性提供了依据。
In combination with practice of a hydroelectric station, the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis of a complete beating spiral case without cushion has been carried out by means of FEM software-ABAQUS. The stress distribution of concrete and rebar of spiral case, the range and widths of cracks for surrounding concrete are obtained. The result shows that complete bearing spiral case is a kind of preponderant spiral case in aspects of economy and construction technique, and it is feasible to apply the complete beating spiral case without cushion to the practical projects. The security and reliability of the structural design of reinforced concrete spiral case is proved in this paper.
