摘要
铜材上引连铸系统采用上引振动—反推—停歇工艺,简化了工艺流程,缩短了加工周期,降低了能源消耗,提高了产品的成材率。在生产中应严格控制化学成分、熔炼温度、上引温度、冷却速度与上引速度等工艺参数以提高产品质量。
The process of dawing up-vibration-reverse thrust-interval is used in the continous cast system for copper product.This process,with saving energy and increasing qualify product ratio,simplifys technology process and shortens production period.In order to rise the product quality,the parameters of chemical composion,smelting speed,drawing-up speed,cooling speed and drawing-up temperature should be strickly controlled.
