摘要
小浪底针对过机含沙量高和水头变幅大的特点,在水工建筑物布置、水力机械设计和抗磨涂层应用等方面采取了综合抗磨蚀措施。几年来结合现场运行进行了跟踪分析和研究,为确保小浪底机组长期安全、稳定运行发挥了重要作用。实践证明小浪底水轮机采取的综合抗磨措施效果显著。
According to characteristic of high silt-laden water flow and great variety of water head between upper and lower reservoir level, several measures which consist of distributing hydraulic structures, design of turbine and anti-abrasion spraying coat have been taken. In these years, comprehensive analysis and study on the basis of application guarantee the stabilization and safety of hydroelectric power set of XLD hydropower project. As a result, application and practice shows the remarkable advantage effect by taking integrative measures at XLD.
