益气养阴与清利活血中药对大鼠微小病变肾病疗效的研究

Effect of Yiqiyangyin and Qinglihuoxue Chinese Traditional Medicine on Lipid Peroxidation Reaction of MCNS Rats

目的:观察益气养阴、清利活血中药对大鼠微小病变肾病的疗效,并探讨其肾脏保护作用机制。方法:根据Bertani的方法,用表柔比星(阿霉素)尾静脉注射法复制大鼠微小病变肾病模型,同时设立正常对照组。分别给予益气养阴、清利活血中药或强的松混悬液。测定大鼠24小时尿蛋白定量、血清A lb、TC、TG、BUN、Scr、MDA、SOD、T-AOC的含量,并进行电镜下肾脏组织形态学观察。结果:益气养阴、清利活血中药可减少微小病变肾病大鼠尿蛋白的排泄量,改善血清生化指标,降低MDA活力,升高SOD活力,提高机体总抗氧化能力,修复肾小球上皮细胞足突的结构。结论:依据气阴两虚、湿热瘀阻病机组方,益气养阴、清利活血中药对微小病变肾病大鼠有明显疗效,并能抑制其亢进的脂质过氧化反应,从而减轻肾脏病理损害,缓解肾病。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of yiqinyangyin and qinglihuoxue Chinese traditional medicine on lipid peroxidation reaction of rats with minimal change nephritic syndrome （MCNS）. Methods： According to Bertani＇s method, MCNS rat models were copied by ADR venoclysis through caudal vein and normal contrast models were also made. Yiqiyangyin, qinglihuoxue Chinese traditional medicine and prednisone suspension were fed respectively. The amount of protein in urine, content of Alb, TC, TG, BUN, Scr, MDA, SOD, T-AOC in serum were measured and morphologic change in kidneys were observed under electric glass. Results：Yiqiyangyin and qinglihuoxue Chinese traditional medicine could decrease the excretive amount of protein in urine, improve the level of Alb, SOD, T-AOC in serum, reduce the level of TC, TG, BUN, Scr, MDA IN serum, and repair the injured foot process of nephridial glomerule epithelial cell. Conclusion：Yiqiyangyin and qinglihuoxue Chinese traditional medicine has obvious curative effect on treating MCNS rats, based on Qi and Yin deficiency and ShireYuxue stasis. It inhibits the lipid peroxideation reaction, decrease the pathological damage of kidney and relieve the nephropathy.
