糖肾灵治疗糖尿病肾病30例临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:寻求延缓糖尿病肾病肾功能恶化的中西医结合治疗的有效方法。方法:将60例病例随机分为两组。两组性别、年龄、24小时尿蛋白定量和血肌酐经统计学处理差异无显著性意义。经饮食、运动及降糖药物治疗,有效严格地控制血糖,使空腹血糖<7.0mmol/L,糖基化血红蛋白<8%。对照组用洛汀新治疗,治疗组用糖肾灵+洛汀新治疗,疗程2个月,检测治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量、Scr及BUN水平。结果:两组治疗前后Scr水平差异均无显著性意义,P>0.05;两组治疗后尿蛋白定量下降,与治疗前比较,P均<0.05。治疗组降低尿蛋白的疗效又明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗在延缓糖尿病肾病肾功能恶化、改善患者生活质量方面优于单用西药治疗。 Objective:To explore the effective therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine to postpone renal function deterioration of diabetic nephropathy. Methods:60 eases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. Two groups had no significant difference by statistics in age, sex, urine protein/24h and serum createnine. By control of die, sport and hypoglycemic drug, blood glucose was strictly controlled with fasting plasms glucose (FPG) 〈 7.0mmol/L and glycolsylated hemoglobin 〈 8%. The contrast group was treated by Lotensin and the treatment group by Tangshenlin and Lotension for two months. Urine protein/24h, serum creatinine (Scr) and blood uria nitrogen (BUN) was detected before and after treatment. Results :The level of Scr in two groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) and the decrease of BUN in two groups had statistical meaning ( P 〈 0.05 ). The decrease of BUN in the treatment group was much than that in the contrast group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The parameter of hemorheology and trauma of nerve function were obviously improved (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Treating with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has better effect than only western medicine in postponing renal function deterioration of diabetic nephropathy and improving life quantity.
